Refund & Return Policy – Kanda Skincare

At Kanda Skincare, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The product is unused and in its original packaging.
The item is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Proof of purchase is provided (order confirmation email).
Due to the nature of skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lindamolanofino@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or defective item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Gift cards
